FIRST Robotics Competition in MA: NE Western NE District Event

Updated: Apr 14, 2023

Week 3 of CHARGED UP competition in New England is our weekend of double Massachusetts events! Teams competed in Western Mass. on St. Patrick's Day while others loaded in over in Eastern Mass. that same evening.

Western New England University in Springfield, MA, was excited to host 36 teams from Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and of course Massachusetts for the 2023 NE District Western NE Event.

Special thanks to the WNEU Industrial Engineering Department for their leadership of this FRC qualifier! Western New England University is the alma mater of many FIRST Alumni and we are so grateful for their hospitality.

A penalty-free high score of 168 was achieved during playoff matches! We're excited to see how high our teams will continue to climb.
