District events in New England are almost done, and 96 teams will soon be invited to the New England District Championship at The Big E. A number of teams have already been invited to register based on their REEFSCAPE performance; congratulations!
LOGISTICS
The final qualifying events in NE conclude on March 30. Be ready to accept or decline invitations to DCMP on March 31! Divisions can be made only once all teams are confirmed and registered.
Looking ahead, we would love for teams to share their intentions to accept their DCMP and FIRST Championship invitations, should they receive them. Please have one team mentor fill out this form: https://forms.gle/GwBBkbJu5Skv5Hsm9.
EVENT INFORMATION
The New England District Championship planning committee has been planning a true celebration of FIRST across our district: We hope to see all teams in the district for some or all of this awesome weekend!
Please read through the Team Welcome Packet for information on load in, parking, concessions and more. Information will be added to this document as we are made aware of it, and the document will be timestamped! Of note:
Please place your food pre-orders as soon as you can!
Plan for the Team Social on Friday night!
Get excited for the FTC New England Premier Event, featuring FTC teams from all over the world; this is the first FTC Premier Event ever!
Teams that are free to help setup with us on Wednesday afternoon can drop off their pit and robot a bit early; see the packet for details
And much more in the packet!

ACTION ITEMS
The event will only be possible with the help of MANY volunteers. Whether your team qualifies for the event or not, please consider inviting your parents, alumni and friends to sign up to help out! Visit nefirst.org/volunteer for instructions or email our VC with questions. We are still looking for a number of judges, field resetters, and help with the quiet room, practice field and more.
Did you nominate a mentor for the Woodie Flowers Award? Please share more information about them to play during DCMP by filling out your team's slide here before next Tuesday, April 1!
Good luck to all teams competing Week 5!
