FIRST in Rhode Island

With almost 90 teams ready for the 2024–25 season, our smallest state is still full of FIRST programming. Partnerships with the University of Rhode Island and New England Institute of Technology and non-profits such as Aquidneck Island Robotics reach students of all ages.

Aquidneck Island Robotics started with AIR Strike. Aquidneck Island Robotics is dedicated to educating local youth in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through worldwide robotics competitions.
